Delicious and varied meals in the Restaurant Mia

All-inclusive cuisine

Traditional, down-to-earth dishes and modern lightness: In the "Mia" restaurant, both worlds come together in every bite – gourmet pleasures for big and small guests.

We know where it comes from. That's the philosophy of chef Markus Kobliha and his team. What does that mean? Fresh products from the region, a sense of responsibility in dealing with animals, and above all: really delicious food. That's what you get in our "all-inclusive alcohol-free" restaurant (almost) around the clock. Mmmmh!

Breakfast from 7:30 to 10:00 am

The whole Ziller Valley on your breakfast plate

With full power into the vacation day: to fresh bread from Fügen bakeries, we serve egg dishes à la carte for breakfast  – with free-range eggs from the Tyrolean Goggei, refined with herbs from our hotel's  garden. The Mayrhofner Sennerei supplies us with the best hay milk from the alpine pastures and mountain farms of the Zillertal.

For our sweet guests, beekeeper Gerhard Oberdacher provides us with Zillertal mountain blossom honey, the finest jam according to an old family recipe comes from the jam manufacturer Darbo from Stans  – and our breakfast team bakes fresh pancakes and crispy waffles for you every day.

Lunch from noon to 1:30 pm - Snack from 2:00 to 2:30 pm - "Jause" from 3:00 to 5:00 pm

Feasting through the day

For lunch at Mia Alpina, in addition to crisp salads from the buffet and homemade soups, there are daily changing culinary surprises: Poke bowls, burgers with tender pulled pork, wraps, various noodle dishes, BBQ, Thai Curry, etc ...
Empty plates and smiles are guaranteed!

At the "jause", our afternoon snack,  we serve hot dishes, salad buffet, hearty items from the Zillertaler Speckstube made with ancient secret recipes from the Pfister family, and cheese from the Hanserhof, which is produced only a few steps from the Mia Alpina. And even much closer - namely in our very own kitchen – we bake succulent cakes and create sugary sweet surprises for our dessert buffet.

Dinner from 6:00 to 8:30 pm

The perfect culinary finale

At the children's buffet, kids have a choice of three main courses every evening. Mom and dad can choose from up to five main courses, which we serve for you, in addition to salads and appetizers from the buffet. Markus Kobliha, one of your two hosts, is responsible for the culinary arts at Mia Alpina.
One of many highlights that awaits you: our juicy-tender steaks from the in-house dry ager. Two evenings a week there is alternately a buffet evening and the highlights for children: a chocolate fountain and pancake buffet at the front cooking station.

And because we focus on flexibility at Mia Alpina, you decide how you want to spend your evening. All together comfortably at the table – or the adults enjoy a romantic evening for two, while the little ones eat with their friends as part of the supervised childcare. Just as you like!

By the way: We get our meat from the organic butcher's shop Juffinger in Thiersee – an absolute exemplary company in terms of quality and responsible treatment of animals.
