Arrival and departure

One thing is for sure: We would like to give you the keys to a lovingly prepared room. Therefore, you certainly will understand that we can't check you in to your room before 3:00 pm. On the day of your departure, you may occupy the room until 11:00 am. In case of late arrival or early departure, you will be charged according to the agreed dates. The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply, place of jurisdiction Zell am Ziller.

Travel cancellation insurance

Things can happen before the start of any trip. To keep you free of any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance. Any occurring costs due to cancellation will be covered by the European Travel Insurances (www.europaeische.at).

Payment methods in our hotel in Fügen in the Ziller Valley

You can pay for your stay and other chargeable services in cash, by EC card, VISA, Mastercard, or by bank transfer before the start of your vacation.

Smoking

All rooms & suites and the entire dining area at the Mia Alpina are non-smoking areas. However, you are welcome to smoke on our terrace or balconies.

Spa

If you cannot keep a booked appointment in our wellness department, please cancel it at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, we will be forced to charge 80% of the treatment price.

Pets

Would you like to bring your dog with you? Please enquire ahead of time. All other animals are not allowed.

Visitor's tax

The visitor's tax for guests over 15 years is 1.50 Euro per day and will be charged separately.
